Agreement under Art 14

Several of our corporate partners are involved in the system of job placement for disadvantaged people through Art. 14 (Legislative Decree 276/2003), which provides the possibility of absorbing up to 30% of the quota of disabled personnel that companies are required to hire, on the basis of a continuous commercial order that generates a collaboration between the company and the cooperative.

According to law 68/99, every company with more than 50 employees must hire workers with disabilities equal to 7% of its employees. The company can, up to 30% (of 7%), "delegate" the hiring of this disabled staff to a Social Cooperative, in response to a commercial order (from the company to the Coop). The contracting company and the Cooperative agree on a product that stands for the object of the order; starting from this, the basis for the stipulation of the Agreement is created.
