HOW A PROMO CODE WORKS
A discount code is a voucher that is provided to take advantage of special promotions. The conditions for obtaining this code will be communicated to you via a specific communication or during particular events. All you have to do is enter the code in the “Promo Code” field on the “Checkout” order conclusion page: the discount will be calculated and displayed automatically.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PURCHASE WAS SUCCESSFUL
After completing the payment you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you indicated during the purchase. The email will hold the order summary with all the details.

HOW TO MAKE A PRODUCT CHANGE
If you wish to change the size and/or color of the item, you can do it within fourteen (14) days after receiving the product purchased on www.progettoquid.com, by requesting a return and placing a new order. For more information, see our return policy here.

SHIPPING TIMES
Standard delivery takes between 1 and 3 working days, calculated from the moment the package leaves our warehouse (excluding weekends and holidays).
When the package is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
