Workplaces working with migrant women
A network project that unites two halves of the world of female employment, non-profit and profit, which can make a difference only by moving together.
The project was born thanks to the support of the Directorate-General for Migration and Internal Affairs of the European Commission in 2021 in 4 European countries - Italy, Portugal, Germany and Greece - and Quid is the leader of this network that originates by leveraging best practices that arise and act in the workplace, formidable laboratories of integration.

Worldplaces working with migrant women

Worldplaces - workplaces working with migrant women is the first European network that cuts across the profit and non-profit worlds to bring together the two halves of the world of female employment: migrant women who are accessing the local labor market for the first time and women who have that same labor market in their hands.
Networked with 8 other European partners, Quid will design and pilot new processes and services that can make the workplace the starting point for a dynamic integration process for foreign workers, especially those with low formal skills.
