 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Quid offers its customers a “satisfied or refunded” guarantee. We hope that you are always satisfied with your purchases, but if you change your mind, here we explain what you can do to return a product. As provided for by art. 52 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (“Consumer Code”), you can exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received the products purchased on progettoquid.com. Taking advantage of this guarantee is simple, just follow the procedure below:

  1. Download the Return Form
  2. Fill out the form in its entirety
  3. Send your request to this link within 14 days of receiving the products, attaching the completed form
  4. Subsequently send the products, together with the "Return Form", by post or express courier at your own expense to the following address:

Free size or colour changes are not available. If you wish to change the purchased item, you can return it within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product.

To do so, fill out the “Return Form” and send your request.

In case of a Return, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer, who must send the product with a traceable shipment, together with the completed “Return Form”, to the following address:

 The Return may be exercised if the conditions set out in the “Right of withdrawal” are fully respected.

 After checking the Return, we will refund the amount, according to the same method with which the item was purchased. In case of payment by bank transfer, we will credit the amount to the same account and to the same holder: in the "Return Form" please show the requested details.

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT

 If you have received a damaged item, contact our Customer Service support@progettoquid.com within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product, describing the problem with the product and attaching an image that highlights the flaw.

 Our Quality Control department will check the condition of the item as soon as it arrives in our warehouse and we will proceed to send you a new item without flaws.

 If, however, you have received one or more products different from those you ordered, we apologize for the inconvenience; contact us and we will be happy to help you.

The costs for the collection of defective or incorrect products and the return of the correct products are borne by Quid.
