The Quid social cooperative is looking for a Sales Account to support the B2B Sales Manager.

Quid works in the textile packaging sector and offers employment and growth opportunities to people at risk of job exclusion.

Its headquarters are in the Avesa industrial area in Verona and it has two training and production laboratories in the Montorio Veronese prison.

The resource will be included in the B2B Team and will be responsible for:

- Cultivating relationships with ongoing and new customers

- Defining contractual conditions with customers (products, processing times, accessories, packaging, etc.)

- Interact with the Sales Manager and the Sales & Customer Service Specialist

- Supporting the Product Team in the creation of innovative products suited to the needs of the Customer and the Production Laboratory

- Carrying out a prompt analysis of the profitability of each order to improve the definition of product targets, keeping in mind goals such as:

- achieving the budget

- expanding the customer base

- consolidating ongoing relationships with existing customers with a growth rate

The ideal candidate has a degree and has already gained three years of experience in the role in medium-sized companies in the textile, luxury, furniture, clothing, cosmetics, GDO, "trade marketing" and "fast fashion" sectors in which he or she has dealt with the management of supply chain processes.

Knowledge of the English language and the Office package, especially Excel, is required.

The profile is completed by analytical skills, negotiation and a strong orientation towards goals as well as a predisposition for priority & time management.

 CONTRACTUAL OFFER:

 - Type of contract:

 either full-time (38 hours per week)

either the classification will be related to the experience gained (reference CCNL: Cooperatives in the social-health, welfare-educational and job placement sectors)

either fixed-term contract with the aim of permanent employment

either growth path with objective-based bonuses
