The Quid social cooperative is looking for a Sales Account to support the B2B Sales Manager.

Quid works in the textile packaging sector and offers employment and growth opportunities to people at risk of job exclusion.

Its headquarters are in the Avesa industrial area in Verona and it has two training and production laboratories in the Montorio Veronese prison.

The resource will be included in the B2B Team and will be responsible for:

- Cultivating relationships with ongoing and new customers

- Defining contractual conditions with customers (products, processing times, accessories, packaging, etc.)

- Interact with the Sales Manager and the Sales & Customer Service Specialist

- Supporting the Product Team in the creation of innovative products suited to the needs of the Customer and the Production Laboratory

- Carrying out a prompt analysis of the profitability of each order to improve the definition of product targets, keeping in mind goals such as:

- achieving the budget

- expanding the customer base

- consolidating ongoing relationships with existing customers with a growth rate

The ideal candidate has a degree and has already gained three years of experience in the role in medium-sized companies in the textile, luxury, furniture, clothing, cosmetics, GDO, "trade marketing" and "fast fashion" sectors in which he or she has dealt with the management of supply chain processes.

Knowledge of the English language and the Office package, especially Excel, is required.

The profile is completed by analytical skills, negotiation and a strong orientation towards goals as well as a predisposition for priority & time management.

either fixed-term contract with the aim of permanent employment

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Planning and coordination of the supply chain for the production of accessories and clothing.

Powering a production planning and monitoring system with ad hoc systems.

Management of the district, i.e. a network of external suppliers who support the Quid project, sharing its values.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Expertise and aptitude for data entry, management and analysis

Excellent command of the Office package

Organizational skills, precision and propensity for problem solving

Basic knowledge of the English language (reading, understanding and writing messages and communications essential for carrying out work activities)

A three-year degree in technical-economic disciplines and provenance in the relevant sector are preferential requirements.

Specifications on the qualification:

· Degree in Social or Professional Education Sciences/Training Science/Human Sciences.

· Previous work experience in the educational sector or as a labour market operator

· Knowledge of English and/or French

Experience required: Experience as a tutor for training courses. Knowledge of contexts of job placement in marginality. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a small team.

Main areas of activity:

· Support for adult marginalization

· Support for social and work inclusion paths

· Support for the implementation of life projects for adults

· Skills assessment and professional development

· Work in an intercultural context, including with migrants, asylum seekers and victims of trafficking

· Work in a context with a large amount of people with special needs, following physical/mental and sensorial disabilities

· Educational activity in prison to support Coordinators and/or reintegration paths in the territory for discharged prisoners and people in alternative sentences

REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED:

· Previous work experience in the educational field

· Knowledge of the city network of services aimed at individuals and adult marginalization

· Knowledge of English and/or French

· Driving license B

· Predisposition for teamwork.

· Relational skills and empathic listening.

· Skills in managing aggression and conflicts.

· Individual and group interviews in formal and informal contexts;

· Needs assessment;

We offer placement with a fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension and consolidation.

Level and remuneration in line with the CCNL of Social Cooperatives to be defined based on experience and educational qualifications.
