For this reason, also through collaboration with partner companies, we design inclusive employment processes in all our units at our production facility in Avesa (Verona) and in our laboratories at the Montorio District Prison (VR).

Job placement ex Art. 14 (Legislative Decree 276/2003)

According to national legislation, companies with more than 50 employees are required to hire people with disabilities equal to 7% of their employees*.
*Failure to follow the legislation, exposes the company to a fine of approximately €59,000 per year for each person not employed. According to Art.14, the company can, up to 30% (of 7%), "delegate" the hiring of this disabled staff to a Social Cooperative, in exchange for a merchandising or accessories work order (min. €45,000 per year). 

IN SUMMARY 

  • A company with 50 employees must hire 7% of people with disabilities. 
  • It can delegate the hiring of 30% to QUID in exchange for a €45,000 order minimum.
