Bonsai is a comfortable sweater with raglan sleeves, rib-stitched neckline, bottom and cuffs, and contrasting fabric insert inside the collar; but what makes this sweater truly unique is its delicate exclusive print, created in collaboration with illustrator and author Irene Penazzi. Irene has won national as well as international comic and illustration awards; she collaborates with Cineteca di Bologna and has been published by Italian publishing houses Franco Cosimo Panini (Modena) and Il Sicomoro (Trapani), and by French publishers Maison Eliza e Bayard Jeunesse. Her first illustrated album, “Dans le jardin”, is published in France by Maison Eliza and in Italy by Terre di Mezzo editore (“Nel mio giardino il mondo”, 2019).
Measuring Tips to Assure The Best Fit
With arms at sides, place tape measure under your arms and run it around the fullest part of the bustline and across the shoulder blades.
Find the natural crease of your waist by bending to one side. Run tape measure around your natural waistline, keeping one finger between the tape and your body for a comfortable fit.
With feet together, run tape measure around the fullest part of your hips/seat, about 7 to 8 inches below your waistline.
For full-length pants, run tape measure along the inside of your leg, from just below the crotch to about 1 inch below the ankle.
